How to Associate ADCS:// with my DC++

I have dc++ install and a page web
i make a link ADCS://Exemple.com

When click on it i want the DC++ open and START

You should enable 'Register with Windows to handle dchub://, adc:// and adcs:// URL links' in Advanced settings (enabled by default)
