right click download

Hi,
After I do search for a file I right click on that file and click download but some files does not get listed in the download queue !! what I should do ?

Another question when I find no slot for a file I search for alternative and I find alternative and select match queue but still the download does not start. why ?

Also how I set priority for a file ?
