i have a quastion. How many users can join on my hub on internet line 15MB download and 1MB upload ? Max or recommended users on my hub. And what line need hub more download or upload?

If you don't allow searches it needs about the same amount of up and download. If you allow (especially passive) searches then it needs a lot more upload bandwith.
Maximum users can dependi on what hubsoftware/protocol/features you use/enable and what kind of connection you have. I don't know what you mean with 1MB. If it means 1Mbit/sec then I wouldn't allow more than 500 users. If its 1MiB/sec (~10Mbit/s) then you can go up to 8-10000.

Yes, i mean download 12MB/s and upload 1MB/s. I run hub on software YnHub. And on my hub can be max 500 users? Yes i have enable passive and active search. On hub is 60% active, and 40% passive with 300 users on sunday, and in week is 250 users. How many users can be with this 60% - 40% passive? If a disabled passive search how many users can be on hub?
