DC++

can search but can't download or get file lists

really new to DC++. i've configured my router manually. i can join hubs, get search results but i cannot download anything. when i try and download, my connection to the user will time out. i have tried multiple hubs for a couple days now. i'm currently investigating if my software firewall (part of mcaffee av) is responsible but im inclined to think that it is not the problem because when i disable my firewall i still encounter the same problem. any ideas?

my firewall is not causing my inability to download files or filelists. i tried enabling auto connection detection but that only made matters worse as i was not able to connect to the hubs. here i am still able to connect to hubs and search for files but am unable to download. any other ideas?

What is the DC++ that you are currently using & OS as in XP/Vista/W7?

im using dc++ v0.782(r2402.1) on windows 7 home premium.
