Bypass incomplete folder for direct download

Is there anyway to disable the incomplete folder so that i can get the transfer rate of multiple hard drives (without a raid), me and my mates all go to a lan with about 450 ppl and everyone uses DC++, but because the downloads all go to the incomplete folder, even though im saving them to different drives, im bottlenecked by the single drive that has the incomplete folder. is there anyway that i can save the files directly to the seperate locations? It gets serverly bottlenecked because of the multiple downloads and hangs around the 20MB/s mark, when i should be maxing out the gigabit link and getting 80MB/s +
