DC++

My vps windows 2003 server crashes

my windows 2003 server freezes up after connecting to hubs its says im using about 8 to 12 % of my cpu but then after about half hour of sharing it freezes up and stuck at 100% cpu im on a 100mbs up line. any sugestuions.
