Size of chat window history

It seems as though the size of the chat window history has become very small since I updated to .761 (I can scroll up for less than 1 hour of prior chat in the hub I use) I was wondering if there was a way to increase the size of the history, as I am often away from the PC for a longer time than that and would like to be able to see what went on while I was away. I've looked in all the settings and searched online, but have not been able to find any information about it.

we recently implemented a new chat control and it had a fix limit of 32k max (i'm not sure if it's characters or bytes). the next version will double that limit, to 65536.

but reaching that limit requires a lot of chatting, so i'm not sure that's what you mean; if you are referring to the history pulled out from the log files after opening a main chat or PM window, then you want to tweak the "Chat lines to recall from history when opening a window" options in settings > History.

No, I WAS asking about the 32k limit. I guess the trivia game that runs on the hub eats up most of the space. Like I said, the new limit (32k max) equals less than 1 hour of previous chatting. Oh well. The history from the previous chat logs is information that I've already seen, I was hoping to be able to scroll up to see what I had missed.
