Can I use active mode in Dc++ with mobile internet?

Hi!
This question must have been asked 10,000 times, but I couldnt find an answer to it so Im gonna post it anyway.
Is it still impossible to use active mode with mobile internet access? Mobile internet = using a regular dongle with phone-card and reaching internet over the cell-phone net.
I have been waiting two years for a change in this but so far i havent heard anything.
Logic tells me it should be solved sooner or later, since sooner or later most internet connections is gonna go through the cell-phone net and thus leaving dc++ obsolete if it isnt changed..
Anyone got an answer?

should be possible since there isnt anything else but your local firewall that "blocking" so try using direct connection that should work
