After creation of custom ISO i am unable to boot iso in virutalbox 7.0 as it is state "couldn't read from boot medium"

Hi

I have moved my packages as you suggested in below link. I have updated the ubuntu-server.seed with package details and moved the packages and created the ISO but when i launched it in VirtualBox 7.0 it is stating "couldnt read from boot medium". kindly help me understand why the Custom ISO is not a bootable ISO and also help me with the workaround

I was using "ubuntu-20.04.5-live-server-amd64.iso" to create custom ISO along with my packages.
