VMWARE boot with iso image fail

Hi,I'm use cubic generator a cutom iso image.My host is ubuntu 20.04,origin is o image is ubuntu-18.04.1-live-server-amd64.iso.
VMWARE Workstation 15 boot with custom iso image failed.

boot stop here,can not continue.
