Can i get a windows program to load into the iso?

Can i get a windows program to load into the iso, with wine? I tried, but it could not find the .exe file.

What do you mean "load into the iso"?
You an copy any file onto the ISO that you want.
However, if you want Windows programs to run in Linux, I suggest you look at solutions such as Wine or PlayOnLinux.

wine gets copied in just fine, but the windows program i wanted wont.

Your program is probably in a local path.
You can put files for all users' home directories in /etc/skel.
The contents of /etc/skel are copied into each ~new~ user's home directory.
Another possibility may be to save the files you need in /opt.
You would need to configure wine to point to wherever you place the file(s).
