Cubic support for mini iso?

Hello, I am wondering if there is support for minimal CD. I attempted loading this iso into Cubic and it froze the program.

My reasoning is that I want to approach the customization process from the "ground up", instead of marking packages for removal in the step after chroot.

Would a better option be to use the server iso instead?

The mini.iso doesn't actually have the squashfs compressed Linux file system on it, so there is nothing for Cubic to customize in a chroot environment.

Can you help with this problem?
