Agda Baxisso in my system?

I have a strange question. What or who is Agda Baxisso? Why is it in my system?

"Agda Baxisso" is the name for the month April in Afar language (language code aa).
It seems that for whatever reason your system tries to format the reply in that language.

What is the output of the command
locale

What is the output if temporarily switch locales settings with a command like
LANG=C ubuntu-support-status
