Cannot get in chroot environment

When I tried to customize the iso image. I get "WARNING! You are in NOT the chroot environment. Exiting." and cannot do any customization.
PS:
I'm using Ubuntu 16 Desktop version and trying to customize the ubuntu-16.04.2-server-amd64.iso

Zhang Zhongyi,

Previously Cubic did not support Ubuntu Server.
Release 2018-04-24 now supports the server *.iso, so you should not experience this issue any more.
