[Wish] Provide a Cubic package on Xenial

I tried to compile Cubic in Xenial from source. Couldn't manage to do so, please provide a package.

Not a Bug - as it's not supposed to run on Xenial atm

Thanks for the request. Support for Xenial is planned. There is a blue print for this, but no target date yet: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cubic/+spec/cubic-add-support-for-xenial

Release 2016.04-12 supports Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus).
