Application Updates

Hi

I am new on using cube server. I have followed the tutorial which is given as pdf. I have followed until it says "I skipped downloading of application updates". So how could I download application updates since it is highly recommended? There is not update part in the main list as I discover. I would like to get help

To download application updates, follow below steps:

On the navigation bar above:
1. Click 'Mark' => 'Mark All Upgradable Packages'
2. Click 'Download' => 'Download All Marked'
