Zero horizontal and vertical offsets.

Asked by Azat Razetdinov

Sincerely, it's very frustrating that one can't submit zeros for horizontal and vertical offsets. This option may be recommended, but it shouldn't be dictated. Apart of that, it would be more convenient to suggest a “Maximum column height” field instead of “Wrap columns” tick.

The validation routine for those fields sees 0 the same as not entering a value. That's probably a bug (certainly an offset of 1px should work). I'll look at fixing the validation routine.

Your suggestion of having a max column height field instead of a checkbox is an interesting one. I implemented a checkbox as it removed the need to understand the specific browser issue being addressed but I'll have a think about whether or not your suggestion would be better. Technically, it's not an issue to implement.
