Custom cover image

Asked by aquCHAOS

Dear Developer,

I tried to change the cover image by replace image files in /usr/share/cover-thumbnailer/. It went quite well. However, I would like to know if there is a way to move those images to home folder, like ~/.cover-thumbnailer. If it is possible, it would be helpful for saving my personal configuration.

Thank you.

best,
Chao Qu

Hello,

This functionality is not implemented, but you can change the Cover Thumbnailer's base path in/usr/bin/cover-thumbnailer. You just have to modify the BASE_PATH variable at line 60:

    BASE_PATH = "/home/YOU/.cover-thumbnailer/"
