how to store scripts/themes to a global directory insted of home directory

I want to create some custom conky scripts for my custom os. but the problem is that conky needs to be manually configured for every new user created and the themes and scripts have to be manually installed on all the accounts since the themes are stored in the home directory. I want to change that so that the themes are stored in a globally available directory and conky loads with a default theme each time it starts if its not been previously used.. the settings can be stored in the local home directory...
