Screenshot annotations

The screenshot plugin for compiz used to include on-screen annotations drawn by annotation plugin in the past. However a recent update (not sure which) removed this feature.

To reproduce:

1. Enable screenshot plugin
2. Enable annotation plugin
3. Annotate a part of the screen'
4. Screenshot that part of the screen (using the key/mouse combo of the screenshot plugin, NOT full screenshot)

Expected: the annotations are also in the captured screenshot
Actual: annotations are not captured
