Changing avatar doesn't seem to work

I wanted to change my avatar and edited my new profile to do so. The new image is 100px x 100px JPG and 3.1KB. The edit appears to work in that there is no error message but my avatar doesn't change to the new one.

My avatar now appears to have changed. It didn't change straight away, even after logging out and in again. Is there a moderation process that delays the acceptance of the avatar image? There should be a message if that is the case.

Hi. I think it's your browser caching the image. There's no delays or moderation involved.
