plone.recipe.atcontenttypes generic recipe ?

I would like to create a generic recipe for ATContentTypes. The purpose of this recipe will be to generate a custom atcontenttypes.conf file in the etc/ folder of your zope instance.

Where should I create such a recipe in the SVN ? In collective/buildout/plone.recipe.atcontenttypes ?
