How to ask for bug status if fix was released for other version

I want to know the current status of this bug ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/cloud-archive/pike/+bug/1796645 ). However, nobody has answered my comment on the bug report for roughly two weeks now. Since the bug has been fixed for Queens (but not for Pike) there is a comment saying that the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team unsubscribed from this bug report.

What is the correct way to contact the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team on this matter?
