how to compile the source code of clinica

Hello,

First let me thank you for your effort.
I have downloaded the source code of Clinica and I wanted to modify it and add some functionalities. However, I can't figure out how to compile it.
 I have installed all the needed softwares: Vala, mysys32 .
I have put the source code under C:\msys32\home\safia\clinica-0.3.0
When I compile it I get an error.
