You can launch CLI Companion from the Terminal in a language different then your locale settings by going to a Terminal and running the command (this example is spanish):

LANGUAGE=es clicompanion

Currently the translations are....less then perfect. I am working on this right now. You can subscribe to this bug to follow the progress:

If CLI Companion launches and nothing is translated it might be because no one translated the application yet in your language. You can help translate the project here:
