Asterisk Click2Dial Firefox Extension

how can I run click2dial ?

Hi

at first let me say that u did really a great job.
really thanks a lot for that.

I'm a very newbie in using asterisk, and I want to use click2dial's pop-up as a notification for the client when a call comes to him

the server is centos5.5 with asterisk 1.8 under elastix 2.3.0
clients PCs are all work on windows XP and 7 with firefox 18.0.1 and click2dial 2
the clients will all be in a queue and the one who will answer the call shall see the pop-up with the caller id or any other text (just to ensure from you that it will work properly if the caller ids was in a queue)

I just need 2 things:

1- simple steps to work on to let that pop-up work.
2- a way to through a variable to the link of the pop-up from the AGI or extensions-custom.conf

Thanks for your interest into this extension. Unfortunately, I am not working anymore on this as I was doing it for my former job. I will try to answer to your questions as best as I can remember.

1/ First, I think you need to read some documentation about Asterisk Manager Interface : http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+manager+API

2/ This kind of option does not exist
