Installs to a LiveUSB?

Per the page: "Clean-Ubiquity needs 2 preseeds integrated during the ISO building." I cannot find how to add Clean-Ubiquity to the .iso. My particular OS was downloaded from:

http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-16.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso.torrent?_ga=2.218306009.1191379933.1499973336-1867568659.1499973336

a torrent.

Where are the instructions to re-compile the obtained .iso with clean-ubiquity? Or how is CU added?
