0 files scanned

Asked by Mario jayamaha

Dear ClamTk Team,

First off, thank you for your GUI, it's great and I love it.

I installed ClamTK 5.20 on my Linux Mint Cinnamon 18.1. But unfortunately when I scan a directory, it shows that zero files (0) are scanned and zero infected. Even when I scan the system directory it's the same.

But when an individual file is scanned, then it says so.

What could be causing this problem?

Also when I open ClamTK, there's a line break between the character of the text beneath the icons in 'configuration'. But when update or scan and then revert to the main screen, the text are fine.

Thank you for your attention to my question.

With best wishes,
Mario

Hi,

Sorry for the delay! Have you tried setting "recursive" scanning in the preferences?

Thanks,
Dave M
