result of scan

I'm quite new to Ubuntu and need help on the above scan result.
Is it a genuine threat? - If so course of action as delete or quarantine will not work on it.
or
Is it a false positive? And therefore safe to ignore

I also run a Windows 7 P.C. any chance of cross contamination ?
