How do I make new feature requests?

I wanted to make some new feature requests so I went to this page "https://code.google.com/p/clamtk/", and in the external links section I went to the link called "Report a bug, issue, or request". And this seems to have a bit of a misleading name, because when you get to the page ("http://code.google.com/p/clamtk/issues/list") that it links to, you can only seemingly report a bug/issue. And yet you can't make a new feature request likes the like the link text suggests.

So if you can, my question is: How do I make a new feature request?

Hi Nikita,

You can contact me via email or Launchpad or Google Code - it's all good. :) The best thing to do is to follow-up with an email letting me know, since I'm not always notified when something is posted somewhere.
Long story short: anywhere is good.

Just one caveat: I am already working on version 6. So this may be a good time for a feature request, but mostly for version 6. I'm tired of looking at version 5 already. :)
