one time charges - don't go to history - citrus DB

When I have a "billing type" with a frequency of 1,
and a service with a frequency of 0.

Should this charge disappear after the bill has been processed?
Because my "one time charge" doesn't go to history, is that normal?

I want to charge the client a setup-cost, one time only,
and then a montly charger afterwards.
How can I do that?

Yes a service with a frequency of zero should disappear from service listing after it is billed and then be shown on the service history listing. Is it disappearing from the active service listing but not showing up in the service history?
