print invoices from tools generate blank pdf file

I am currently using version 2.4

After I charge services and go to the tools menu to print invoices, it generates blank pdf file. I can only view or print invoices from billing menu of the customer under invoice maintenance. I need to be able to print all invoices for all services that I worked on for the day.

You will need to make sure that the customer's billing type is an invoice type like Invoice Monthly, Invoice Quarterly etc, as well as set the next biling date to the current day if you want to bill them today. Then enter that date into the Print New Invoices tool and it will find all the accounts with a matching date and invoice billing type to print the invoices in one batch pdf.
