Citrus Db installation problems

I instaled Citrus but appears this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function RowCount() on a non-object in D:\xampp\htdocs\citrusdb\include\database.inc.php on line 58

please i need help

Question 86805 ran into this same error, but I they never posted what their fix was. What version of citrus are you using? Is it a new install or an upgrade? Possibly you are missing part of the default database. Did you import the citrus.sql file into a new database successfully? Can you try importing the sql again and see if you get any errors?
