Does CitrusDB have an ability to be used by multiple users separately.

For example multiple users register on a website. User A has his own CRM and User B has his own CRM to keep track of their clientelle. Neither User A nor User B have access or any relationship to each other.

No citrusdb does not do this. If one were storing credit card data it would be highly likely that each CRM client would need be be separated, either physically or a VPS at the OS level anyway in order to meet PCI, privacy requirements, and adequate protection of gpg keys.
