can't create backup or snapshot

good day. i have a couple problems with cinder.

i using several nfs pools with such settings: https://pastebin.com/CVmCCwj7

when i attempt to create volume backup follow error appears in cinder-volume log: https://pastebin.com/0unbq92w

and when attempt to create snapshot of volume: https://pastebin.com/1DCfRqtS

migration is failed with same reason: Expecting to find domain in project

another one when trying to create snapshot of instance: https://pastebin.com/MvPdk6EA

no matter, attached volume or not - same error. but, if i creating snapshot of instance which starting without using volume - snapshot (image) created propertly.

how can i fix that?
