How to change or set the quota limit for snapshot

How does one change the quota limit for the snapshot. I do not see anything in Horizon nor do I see any cinder commands to do this.

snapshot quota is add in grizzly, you can add quota_snapshots=xx to your cinder.conf .
if you are using folsom . wait for this backport to folsom stable . or manualy update you code , see https://review.openstack.org/#/c/24479/

Is there any way to turn off quota checking?
