Installation Instructions?

The web site says that there are installation instructions on the web page with the Download button, but I do not see them. Are there installation instructions available?

If you are using a LAMP/WAMP Stack just download der tar.gz/zip in the web-directory and open the url in the browser.

I obviously meant: just download THE tar.gz/zip in the ... launchpad should really allow you to edit your comments after submit :)

Thank you. Perhaps a short mention of the need for a WAMP environment on your web site would be helpful. I will look forward to using you application in a future stage of my project. Currently I am doing preliminary database design on a stand alone Windows PC with a local version of MySQL.
