"System" Testing for clock jitter on 4 cpus sched_setaffinity: Invalid argument

Running System testing, -cpu- on two different AMD machines, Ubuntu 15.10 on both. In both instances, the invalid argument message is returned.

I had a "loss of sync" panic crash on one machine, and am looking for the cause. Also am having difficulty saving or viewing the reports from the -graphics- tests.
