I can't enter as an admin in version 3.0 and 3.2

When I installed Chaton CMS v.3.0 I have had a problem with logining to admin panel. If I enter login and password nothing will happen. It asks me again enter it.
I decided to install Chaton CMS v.3.2. The same problem.
Chaton CMS v.2.0 is correctly work but mobile version doesn't work on my computer.

Sorry for my poor english. I think you'll understand me.

I have open a bug for the admin problem.

The mobile version has been removed from 0.3 and later.

Is your web hosting running PHP in CGI mode ? If so, you need to rename the htaccess.txt in the admin folder to .htaccess.
