Catfish

Catfish query not responding

I use Linux Mint 18.1 with XFCE and have a problem with Catfish. When the first screen appears I enter the query I am searching for. After entering nothing happens. I use the Search option from the Filemanager menu.

On the same computer with another userid Catfish is working perfectly.
I tried deleting Catfish and reinstalling but this did not help. Also building the index did not help.

Any suggestions on how to get it running again would be greatly appreciated.
