Set fulltext search as default

I use catfish daily, even hourly! It is useful and fast. Thank you!!

However, 99.99% of the time I want to do a fulltext search and a lot of those searches also benefit from exact match, so EVERY time I have to go into settings and change them to fulltext and sometimes to exact match before I do my search.

Can I somehow set the default to always do a fulltext and exact match search? I can turn these off for the 0.01% of filename searches.
