Custom Hotkey Format

Asked by clicker4721

What format are we supposed to use to edit the Cardapio hotkeys? I tried to change it, it did nothing, and I've changed it back to "<Super>Space", if that what it was originally. I really want it back to default--my fault. Anyway, even after logging out and then back in, the combination doesn't launch the menu. How can I just reset it to the default?

The default is »<Super>space« with space written in lower case.

What did you try to change it to? I use »<Ctrl>space«.

And no, it’s not your fault. Unfortunately some combinations don’t work, thanks for noting. :)

Thiago:
What about changing it from an input field to something like a button for »Press the shortcut now« so it is grabbed automatically?
It certainly is not priority and I don’t know how easy it would be to implement, but we could certainly have it on the lookout next to the button-way of choosing the applet icon.

Yes, I've been meaning to make a button just how you describe it, but have had little time. It will happen soon, though.

Can you help with this problem?
