Since you seem to have access to launchpad, you should be able to get your address from your launchpad profile. It should be on this page:

https://launchpad.net/~kd1023/+editemails

For Ubuntu One, you should be able to recover the email address from its preferences app. If you are using GNOME, go to the System menu, then Preferences, then Ubuntu One. It should bring up a window which shows your name, email, and plan type.

On other desktops, it should be in menu -> Settings -> Ubuntu One.
