Canonical SSO provider

Can't log in to askubuntu.com

LP user timkross can't log in to askubuntu.com. In Firefox, receives OOPSes such as 1882carambolalaunchpad17. In Chrome and Opera, doesn't even land on the SSO page.

The user is able to log in to Launchpad itself from all three browsers.

The user's LP account has had a merge sometime in the past.

This was a configuration problem with askubuntu, which has been resolved.
