Canonical SSO provider

Is Launchpad's OpenID module open-sourced?

If yes, where can I find it's code? I mean the provider, not where OpenID is used to log in.

It is open source, licenced as AGPL3. The footer on both login.launchpad.net and login.ubuntu.com provides information about this. You can get the source code from https://code.launchpad.net/~canonical-isd-hackers/canonical-identity-provider/2.x-trunk
