Confirmation code not sent?
I have a user who is trying to register for LaunchPad and has not received their 6 digit confirm code for at least 30 minutes.
User's email address in question is:
jbass357 [<AT>] gmail.com
Can you please resend it, or confirm the confirmation? =)

Can you at least resend the confirmation so that he can register? Or do you have another recommendation so that I can get Jose on the mailing list for the team?

He can request the confirmation be resent by doing a password-reset (even if he hasn't set a password yet). In general, that's all that can be done.
He should make sure that the confirmation hasn't gone to a spam folder. If after trying again he still does not receive an e-mail after several hours, we can check the logs to make sure there are no problems in the mail system (unlikely that there are).
