How do I download a set of dependencies?

Asked by Rob Weinstein

Please disregard this question because I posted it in the wrong project. I posted it again in the correct project, Camicri Cube Server.
---
I just installed Cube Server version 0.1 Revision 173 on a Windows 7 PC (connected to internet) and a Linux PC, Ubuntu 15.10 (air gapped). I did the following:
1. Followed all instructions on this page: https://www.unixmen.com/camicri-cube-server-an-offline-and-portable-package-manager-for-debian-ubuntu-and-linux-mint/
2. Everything looked like it worked.
3. Windows PC: I used cube-server to download Krusader and copied the project folder to Linux.
4. Linux PC: In Available Packages, I search for Krusader, it's listed with a green check mark, and I click Install.
5. Linux PC: A window pops up that says Krusader at the top. Below that, it says "167 packages to be downloaded".
6. Linux PC: I click Download which fails because this PC isn't connected to the internet.
7. Linux PC: A window pops up that says "Download Result, the following 167 items failed to be downloaded."

How do I get the list of 167 dependencies over to my Windows PC and download them?

Thanks,

-Rob
