Calibre not detecting Iriver Story

Asked by Catherine Mailey

Hi,
I'm trying to get Calibre to interface with my Iriver story. I've managed to get my PC to recognise the Iriver by putting a SD card in the reader , now the PC see it (see below Drives detected K:\) but calibre can't see it. I've tried enabling the iriver plugin but it still can't see it. I've also tried to install the latest Calibre version from the site. Any advise would be greatfully recieved.
Best regards
Cath xx
