The problem with cmake while installing root

please give reason of this error? how i resolve it...

faisal@faisal-Latitude-E5470:~/Desktop/PRODUCTSS/root$ cmake \-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/root/root-install \-DCMAKE_CXX_STANDARD=17 \-DPYTHON_EXECUTABLE=/usr/bin/python3 ../root/
CMake Error: The source directory "/home/faisal/Desktop/PRODUCTSS/root" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt.
Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.

resolve this issue please
