error batch_file

Asked by Ribella on 2020-12-24

Hi,

I want to calculate any batch_file in work directory in CalcHEP for UBUNTU 16.04.

The below warning is given as

gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/include/VandPgate.c: No such file or directory
gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/lib/dynamic_me.a: No such file or directory
gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/lib/libSLHAplus.a: No such file or directory
gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/lib/ntools.a: No such file or directory
gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/lib/serv.a: No such file or directory
gcc: error: /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/lib/dummy.a: No such file or directory
make: *** [VandP.so] Error 1
Compilation of VandP.so failed.
Please have a look at Processes/m2/compile.log.
Quitting.

What do you think the solution could be?

Murat

Did you install CalcHEP?
Did you run 'make' command?
Did it run without problems?
Please let us  know
Best
Alexander

Just to make sure that you have everything working do

1.
cd /home/murat/İndirilenler/calchep_3.8.5/

2.
make clean

3.
make

Assuing that make is successfull

4.
cd work

5.
cp ../utile/batch_file .

6.
./calchep_batch batch_file

Does this work?

The error is given as

cp ../utile/batch_file
cp: missing destination file operand after '../utile/batch_file'
Try 'cp --help' for more information.
